Queen’s Berries Martini with Vodka and a Touch of Lillet

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces vodka
  • 2 tablespoons frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • 4 dashes lavender bitters optional but recommended
  • Fresh blueberries and raspberries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Chill two martini glasses.
  2. Meanwhile, in a cocktail shaker, pour vodka over blueberries and raspberries. Muddle a bit then let sit for about five minutes to let the flavors infuse the vodka. Add Lillet Blanc, lavender bitters, and a cup of ice. Taste and adjust Lillet if you’d like it a little sweeter. Shake vigorously and strain into the chilled glasses.
  3. Garnish with toothpicks threaded with berries.
