My family and I are trying to find more information on the name my Grandfather called his Swedish pancake. The recipe is the same as any other Swedish pancake but he called it RESH-SKULL. This is the pronunciation spelling not the actual spelling. Have you come across this in your cooking “travels”. Thank you!

I forgot to mention that the Gluten Free Fattigman recipe I would love to locate would need to be without EGGS as well! I am allergic to Egg Whites! Heaven help me!!!!

Daytona, We are planning a Spring luncheon at the Scandinavian Cultural Center in Tacoma. Is Troll Cream something that could be made for 40-50 guests? Would it hold up until served? Or do you have another similar suggestion?

Hi Tanya Maybe this is a dialect from som epart of Sweden, where in Sweden did he come from ?
My grandpa just called them “egg pancakes”. They were a special treat!
