Hi, My Grandfather came to American from Norway when he was 20. Some of his family still lives there. I hope to visit one day. I love all things Norwegian!!. My Grandson has carried the interest in his Norwegian Heritage. We make Lefse a few times a year and at Christmas we do a Norwegian smorgesborg for our Christmas dinner. Norwegian meat balls and gravy, potatoes, cold shrimp, pickled herring, pickled beets, deviled eggs and of course all kinds of Norwegian cookies. I now live in Hawaii.
I have never been part of a blog before, but am looking forward to being part of this one. Judie
Judie – Thanks for stopping by! Isn’t there something lovely about Scandinavian hospitality and holiday traditions? Thanks for sharing!
