When I began my journey as a Scandinavian food writer over a decade ago, Scandinavian cookbooks were few and far between on bookstore shelves, and contemporary ones were rare. Since then, many new ones have become available, ranging from traditional to modern, classic Scandinavian to New Nordic–including my forthcoming book Modern Scandinavian Baking. These days the choices are plentiful, and I’ve compiled a collection of titles for your consideration here. Many of these I own, and others I’m including here in case they meet your needs.
