  1. Thank you for sharing the recipes. I am specially excited about the Blotkake recipe. We have had it three times in Norway, including at the 17th of May celebration in Oslo. My Norwegian “sister” made it for me when I celebrated a “big” birthday in Norway at the farm where my grandfather was born. I am anxious to try making it here at home.
